Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note the sofa bed will not be made upon arrival but all linens are provided. There is very affordable parking right next door at Goulden Street Car Park. Costs for this are as follows: £2.50 for Sundays/public holidays £4.50 for Saturdays £6.30 for weekdays. Please note, this property is a basement apartment.

This will set off an alarm for the whole building, a callout to an engineer will be required to turn this off. - Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms. Guests will be charged for any stains or damages caused by food or beverages. - Furniture must not be moved without prior permission. - Be respectful of neighbours at all times. The Ancoats district was home to some of the largest mills in the city, but the area fell into disrepair after the slump of the cotton industry.
